In 1997, Life FM was awarded a five year FM broadcast licence. It is now called Bang Radio, the first “Social Radio”, and provides a platform for people and organisations to share information and grow their community, in North West London, and over the world through their successful on-line presence. Jennifer leads a team that has enabled over 800 volunteers to have a go in media broadcasting since it started in 2002.

BANG is a social enterprise based in the London Borough of Brent that aims to address youth social exclusion through training, development & broadcast. BANG primarily provides young people with training in music & media, as well as a medium to express themselves through its own radio station, BANG 103.6FM.
